THE METHOD / Training Systems

Three systems.
One standard.

Three distinct systems. One conservatory standard. Every track inside THE METHOD is built on the same foundation of technical rigor, professional expectation, and intentional training.

A conservatory-standard training environment for dancers serious about their development and their future in the industry.

Training Philosophy

Performance & casting based on readiness — not rank.

Performance opportunities within THE METHOD CORE are determined through a casting process based on technical readiness, consistency, and artistic suitability for each work.

This ensures that each dancer is supported appropriately while maintaining the artistic integrity of each performance.

Structured Mentorship

Every dancer receives individualized direction aligned with their goals and readiness. Faculty guide each student with intention — not formula.

Technical Training

Conservatory-level curriculum across ballet, contemporary, and commercial disciplines. Progressive, structured, and held to a high standard.

Performance Experience

Casting is based on readiness — ensuring artistic integrity in every production. Dancers perform when they are ready, not by rotation.

Clear Pathways

Placement is intentional. Dancers know where they are and where they are going. There is no ambiguity in the system.

Entry Point

Audition & Evaluation

All dancers enter through an audition or evaluation process. This is not a ranking — it is a placement conversation. Faculty assess technical readiness, artistic sensibility, and training commitment to determine the right starting point.

Placement

System Placement

Based on goals, commitment, and readiness, dancers are placed into one of two systems — THE METHOD CORE or Curated Pathways. Both operate at a high standard. The difference is focus, intensity, and performance context.

Core Curriculum

Every dancer — regardless of system — trains within the same core curriculum. Ballet, contemporary, and commercial technique form the foundation. Classes are structured, progressive, and conservatory-standard.

Mentorship & Casting

Individualized mentorship is built into the program. Performance casting is based on readiness and artistic suitability — not rank. Every dancer receives direction aligned with where they are and where they are going.
